FOOD SERVICE FUN

We run a mini-restaurant. Various tasks involved in the work-ordered day include serving, cash register duties, dishwashing, meal prep, sweeping, mopping, meal planning & grocery shopping. We supply approximately fifty members (Wow-Impressive, huh?!) per day with subsidized breakfasts & lunches. Splendid soul food meals are provided, such as Mac-n-cheese, pinto beans, cornbread & cabbage. ***Change in unit staff:
